This article is intended to clear up any questions you may have about the whole Development process from start to finish.
So how does this whole web design thing work?
Well, the first step is to come to an agreement between us and the clients which we both agree upon. This agreement can be in the form of a written contract, or just through emails... whatever will make you most comfortable.
From there the payment comes into play. Now some design firms out there will make you pay the full amount up front, but we do not beleive in that- and do not ask any of our customers to pay everything up-front unless they want to.
I find that the best way to go about payment is ask for half up-front, and half upon successful completion... this will minimize any risks, and make it 100% fair for both parties.
You see, from start to finish we are dedicated to helping our clients in every way possible... this extends far beyond the actual website. We want our clients to be as knowledgable about the project and services offered as possible, this is just the opposite of what most design firms would say. Most of our competition out there seems to use the average persons small knowledge of computers against them... we despise this entire premise, and encourage full knowledge to all.
